Russian Painting
Some samples of Russian painted Art in the possession of the Webmaster for comparison with UK Canal
Art.
The trays were purchased in Moscow in 1985 (price on one is 26kpcs ie 2p in UK money!) There are 3
separate matching trays, each subtlety different and obviously hand painted.
Whistle in shape of horse dates from about 2010
Chopping board was custom painted as a “portrait” of its original purchaser, ie owner of a cat, loves horse
riding etc (date ~2010)
Babushka Doll dates from 1985 again, probably not hand painted.
