Richard Dunkley
Richard Dunkley started as a small local builder living in
Blisworth. He was there right at the beginning of the Railway Age
and became a major contractor for the London to Birmingham
Railway (subsequently LNWR). He built railway infrastructure,
many public buildings and even Stately Homes in
Northamptonshire and further afield.
