In the run up to Christmas, we thought we would explore how people
have feasted over the years, in particular, did they always eat a Fowl
followed by Christmas Pudding?

Right now, one of our chefs is slaving over
a 400year old recipe for authentic
Gingerbread. Come and sample it, as well
as various other feasting foods over the
ages, all washed down by the odd glass of
Mulled Wine. Then, perhaps, sit back and
listen to the wireless?
